Pedalboard Boss
Pedalboard help?!?!?!?
Okay, here are my pedals: BOSS DS-1, BOSS SD-1, Behringer Hell Babe Wah, Digitech Death Metal Distortion, and the EH Big Muff Soviet. Now, here is my question. What order should I put the pedals in? Because the Big Muff Pi’s input jack is on the left instead of right and vice versa, unlike the other pedals. Please help thanks!!!
You should put lighter distortion pedal before heavier: SD-1 into DS-1 into Digitech or Big Muff. Of course you would probably never have the Digitech and Big Muff on at the same time, so it doesn’t matter which is first. It’s possible to switch the input/output on the Big Muff so it matches up with the other pedals. I did on mine. As for the wah, it depends. If you want a very sharp wah sound put it after the distortion pedals. If you want a more subtle wah put it closer to first.
Those are all terrible pedals IMHO, except for the Big Muff.
You should sell all those pedals, and whatever crappy amplifier you are using that makes you need all these distortion boxes. And invest in a decent amp that has a killer distortion sound. Keep the Big Muff, there is no amp that gets a fuzz sound like that.
