What type of door knob do I need to turn an ordinary bedroom door into one that locks with a key?
so that I can lock it from the outside?
so that my roommates can’t just pick it with a hanger or q tip or whatever… can I use a dead bolt?
go down to lowe’s or home depot or wherever and spend 10-15 dollars for a keyed doorknob, buy a philips head screwdriver if you don’t have one and spend 10 minutes installing your new doorknob.
