) – Forearm muscles are good for parkour, the more you have the better and the better the grip the better
Long Answer (explained) – Basically Parkour is very hands on…you need strength, but i wouldn’t tell you to go do a weights session to get the strength…the same with the ‘grip master’. While grip is needed, and using it isn’t going to kill you the best way to improve grip strength and forearm strength is to do chin ups, pull ups, muscle ups etc
