NEED NEW GUITAR £500 ?

I play in a pop punk band similar style as paramore…looking at a new guitar

thinking either
Fender Classic Series 72 Telecaster Deluxe Electric Guitar, Black (http://www.dv247.com/guitars/fender-classic-series-72-telecaster-deluxe-electric-guitar-black–40945)

or…Gibson Les Paul Studio Electric Guitar, Worn Cherry
http://www.dv247.com/guitars/gibson-les-paul-studio-electric-guitar-worn-cherry–62610

thanks

Early punk music was rather shrill, and the strat would work better, having a more expressive style and higher treble. You certainly don’t need an American, a Mexican for quite less will do.

One thing you might want to consider is learning the locking tremolo system, then when you bang on the guitar it won’t go out of tune. Then you might want to look at the modern strat type guitars except they have locking tremelo, wider frets, humbucking pickups and so on. Schecter is my choice, but Ibanez is very popular.

Fender Road Worn 50s Precision Electric Bass (with Gig Bag)

The original was born in the ’50s and produced the sound of bass. Fender’s new Road Worn ’50s Precision Bass guitar delivers that aged look and feel — designed with 1950s specs, including a nitrocellulose-lacquer finish, and built to look, sound and feel like it’s got more than just a few miles on it.
