Anyone know where to find replacement parts for an Ovation Guitar?
I’ve got a 12-string Ovation 6758 Elite Standard acoustic guitar with what looks like a broken nut (the part where the 2 high-e strings sit is broken off, somehow…) Does anyone know where I can get a new one?

You can find a replacement nut on eBay. The one thing to remember that nuts come in sizes. You should measure very carefully the size, the length as it lays across the fretboard). Then just look for a 12 string nut the same length. Here is a link to a search at eBay for 12 string nuts

In case you have never replaced a nut, that is easy to do. Loosen the strings and slide the old nut out. If it is tight, you may have to pry it out. Be careful not to chip the wood around the nut. Check your old nut against the new nut to see if the height is the same. If the new nut is a little higher (common) sand it down from the bottom side until there are about the same. Slip the new nut into place. Put your strings back in the slots and tighten them. Your done. If your new nut is loose in the slot cut out for the nut and slides as you play. Take it out and put a little (very little) rubber cement on the bottom and put it back.
