Having a goal and fitness training regime that will help you reach your goal is something that is very important. Make sure you keep a daily log of everything you do in your workout and even what you eat if you are adjusting the way you eat.
Setting a goal and fitness program that will help you achieve it are important steps in getting in shape. They should not be overlooked and should be considered by everyone who is about to start a fitness regime. A goal can help keep you motivated and help to keep you going when you feel like giving up. Is it possible to take a full sized bedding set (comforter, fitted & regular sheet) & alter it to fit a twin?
I’ve been looking for the “perfect” bed-in-a-bag set. I’ve found it. I’ve searched & searched & can only find it in a Full size or larger, no twins sizes 
( . I have a friend who told me it was possible to get the full sized set & have someone who knows how to sew (obviously I don’t) do alterations to bring it down to actually fit a twin size. (someone else suggested I “tuck” it in, but that would be too bulky). I’ve never saw this done before, so I wanted to ask people who were experts when it comes to sewing & let me know if this would be possible. Thanks!
I have done several sheet sets this way with no trouble at all.
The trouble came with the comforter, that I cut down from a King to a Full size. I had feathers everywhere, even though I closed the door of the room where I did it, I had feathers all over the house, I think they came to life and crawled under the door. You would have to sew in order to be able to do this, it may be cheaper to buy a bigger bed.
Try looking in the phone book under; Sewing;Alterations, and get some prices. Be sure and let them know what they are in for, or you may pay more than the asking price.
