Which neck pickup should i get for my guitar?
Which of these would be best as a neck pickup to compliment my Evolution in bridge?

I play Rock, Heavy Rock, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Metallica, Guns N Roses etc.
Im looking for a more crunchy,clear sound with attitude in each individual note.

Well, you neglected to mention what type of guitar you have, because its wood type will make a difference to your overall tone and its something you should take into account, but…
Is your guitar a Fender? Because that’s the only reason you would be getting an F-spaced pickup.
The PAF Joe has some very favorable reviews at harmony-central.com, I would either go with that for more of the “lead guitar” sound or go with Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates if you wanted more of a clean or jazzy sound. I’m actually starting to think about the PAF Joe myself… when I have time I’ll go back and listen to sound clips….
